Racines Araw Gros Grains 450g

Araw Racines is used in the composition of many African dishes such as “fondé” in Senegal or “moni” in Mali.

USE: 1/ Boil 500ml of water in a pot and add a little salt.

2/ Add 250g of melted araw, stirring gently to avoid lumps forming.

3/ Cook over low heat, stirring from time to time, until cooked through.

4/ Remove the pot from the heat and pour the cooked araw fonde into a hollow bowl.

The Fondé is cooked to perfection when a grain of ARAW taken from the pot and crushed leaves no white floury mark visible.
